At the table

From the bites you'll taste during cooking classes to morning coffee with scratch-baked goods to lunches provided by some of our favorite restaurants to memorable multi-course feasts paired with craft beer and cocktails, we make sure that you dine very well under the stars.

In the kitchen

Camp Miller is equipped with open-fire cooking stations for our chef-instructors. It also has a full commercial kitchen that allows Camp Cook Noah Barton to put out an amazing spread using ingredients from partners such as the Wedge Co-op, Graise Farm, Shepherd Song Farm, and more.

Drink up

We work with on-site coffee partners such as Tiny Footprint and Spyhouse to ensure that your daily cup (or cups) are something special and memorable. Bittercube cocktails sparkle with personality and flavor. And beer partner Fulton brings it in a big way — everything from hardworking daily brews like Standard all the way up to special pours of complex reserve beers.

 

SPECIAL MENUS

Chef Camp is happy to provide vegetarian options. We cannot as yet accommodate gluten-free or vegan diets, but we are working toward this goal for future gatherings.
