MIXOLOGY RUNS WILD AT CHEF CAMP
Have you ever tasted a cocktail that's been set on fire? Or understood how smoke affects the flavor of liquor? Our resident camp mixologist, Nick Kosevich of Bittercube, teaches this and much more in our cocktail program at Chef Camp. His crew brings passion, spirits, and fire (literal and figurative) to the outdoor table. And our evening bonfire parties are fueled by custom craft cocktails featuring our spirits partners.

You'll learn from the cocktail masters at Bittercube in small-group classes at camp. Past class topics include Firewalk with Me, The Art of Shaking, and The Art of Stirring. The Bittercube team teaches everything from cocktail basics like proper ratios to more complex skills, like how to bring smoke, fire and other outdoor elements into your glass.
Bittercube has created unique cocktails for bars and restaurants in the Twin Cities such as Cafe Alma and Can Can Wonderland. Campers get to sample some of their more unique cocktails along with new camp recipes. They design the pairing menu for our Saturday night feast. Last year, they featured a summery watermelon radler with Fulton 300 Mosaic IPA, and a chocolate boulevardier made with Copper & Kings brandy and Fulton Worthy Adversary vermouth.
