Chef Yia Vang of Union Kitchen will then teach basic knife skills and handy tricks. You'll get a hands-on demonstration of the best ways to break down a whole chicken. We'll be using the whole bird to turn into yakitori skewers we'll cook over the grill. This is a bring-your-own-chef-knife class, although you're welcome to try out one of ours.
